Ordering & Payments

How do I place an order?
Simply select your size, add to cart, and checkout. You’ll receive an instant order confirmation by email.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna (Pay Later), and Sofort. In the EU we also support Bancontact and Giropay.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. Send us an email the same day at care@alfiewalker.com.

Shipping & Delivery

How fast is delivery?

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 1–2 business days

  • Rest of EU: 2–5 business days

  • UK: 3–5 business days

  • USA: 4–7 business days

How much does shipping cost?

  • Free in NL & BE

  • Free EU shipping above €150 (otherwise €9,95)

  • Free worldwide shipping above €250

Do you provide tracking?
Yes. As soon as your order ships you’ll receive a tracking email with live updates.

Returns & Warranty

What if my shoes don’t fit?
No problem. Returns and exchanges are free within the EU — just keep them unworn indoors when trying them on.

How does the 2-Year Global Warranty™ work?
If anything breaks within 24 months (sole, stitching, leather), we’ll replace your pair free of charge. Normal wear & tear is excluded. See our Warranty Policy for full details.

How do I return or exchange?
Submit a return request via our Returns Portal. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label.

Product & Care

Which size should I take?
Choose your normal EU size. Still unsure? Mail us your Nike/Adidas size and we’ll advise.

Can I use my own insoles?
Yes. All our shoes have removable Soft-Foam insoles.

How do I care for my shoes?
Each pair comes with a care kit: cedar shoe trees, a brush & polish, dust bag, shoehorn, and canvas tote. For suede: brush after wear and avoid heavy rain.

All shoes are hand-crafted in family-run ateliers in Europe, with 3 rounds of quality control.

Why only online?
By selling direct-to-consumer we cut out retail margins and invest in better materials, service, and guarantees.

Can I visit you in person?
Yes — our studio is based in Haarlem, The Netherlands. Visits are possible by appointment.
