30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your purchase to Alfie Walker. Please note that the return shipping time is not included in the return period.

Free Returns
When exchanging an item, we will always ship the new product to you free of charge.

Conditions:

• Ensure the shoes are in their original condition and use the original packaging.
• Items must be new and unworn.
• Shoe boxes, dust bags, labels, and tags must remain attached and/or included. The packaging is considered part of the product.
• Please return all items from the same order in one shipment to facilitate a quicker processing time.

 

Important Information:

• We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item shows signs of wear, use, or any alteration from its original condition. In such cases, we may not issue a refund or reduce the refund or exchange amount. Unacceptable returns may be sent back to the customer at their expense.
